Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Ziemnych Poldren Sp. z o.o. was founded on May 5, 2004 by Andrzej and Zofia Masiewicz. Headquartered in Augustów, in the Podlaskie voivodeship. The company grew from a local operation into a leading earthworks and civil contractor in the Podlasie region and north-eastern Poland.
Since 2018, Maciej Masiewicz has served as CEO, continuing the family policy of accountability for quality, timelines and the word given to investors.

Four steps from inquiry to handover.
Brief & scope analysis
We receive the inquiry, design documentation or concept. We analyze scope, location, technical constraints and schedule. We also verify possible geotechnical risks and conflicts with existing infrastructure.
Offer & schedule
Within 5-10 business days we deliver a full offer with scope breakdown, main milestones, preliminary resource plan and key technical assumptions. The offer is concrete and comparable.
Delivery with accountability
We mobilize the site. Dedicated project manager, internal supervision, progress reports and as-built documentation flow. The investor gets a single source of truth on progress.
Handover & documentation
As-built documentation, final tests, technical acceptance and handover with the contractual warranty. We respond to warranty issues without extra procedures.

How fast will we receive an offer?
Within 5-10 business days of receiving full design documentation. For quick estimates (concept, budget) we reply within 48 hours with a preliminary magnitude and realistic timeline.
Do you work on public tenders?
Yes. We have full experience under Polish Public Procurement Law - references, bid bonds, contract liability insurance and a team that prepares compliant offers.
What is your minimum / maximum contract size?
The efficient minimum for our team is contracts from PLN 200,000. Maximum - we deliver multi-million-PLN contracts at regional scale, often in consortium with branch partners.
Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
The schedule is a fixed contract term, and meeting it is our commitment. If external risk (weather, permits) threatens the plan, we report to the investor immediately with a proposed correction.
What geographic area do you cover?
North-eastern Poland - mainly the Podlaskie, Mazovia and Pomerania voivodeships and neighbouring regions. For larger contracts we work across all of Poland.
How does billing work?
Typically stage billing - based on partial acceptance protocols - aligned with the physical-financial schedule. Final settlement after technical acceptance and full as-built handover.
